The emphasis on TQM (Total Quality Management) approach helps to increase non-conformities detection. Process control is enhanced to increase the strength of the entire process. It also helps to decrease the amount of rejections. We analyze the records to economize the lapses in process.

Infrastructure :
Our infrastructure is spread over the building area of 175, 000 sq ft and the total area comprises of 200,000 sq ft. The huge production capacity is 100000 Cylinder Liners/Sleeves per month. The superior quality In House CNC, VMC machines are used in the production of the products.

Testing facility :
The test lab of our company is fully equipped with the following :

• Fully equipped Spectrometer Lab for chemical and microstructure analysis
• Compound optical microscope for inspection of material properties
• Profile Projector, Surface Roughness Tester and hardness Tester

Process :
At our workplace the manufacturing process is divided in following steps :

• Process chemical analysis with proper temperature control. All the record for the process are maintained
• Centrifugal Casting of Liner, Sleeves in Centrifugal Casting machines with pre adjusted centrifuge speed, cooling rates, pouring at pre set temperature.
• The sleeves are then transferred to rough machining. After rough machining each items are transferred for finish Machining and fine boring.
• Finished liners are transferred for honing and grinding to shape up their ultimate physical appearance.
• Proper cleaning and packaging is done
